Welcome to the DeKalb County Circuit Clerk's Office.  We hope you will find this page to be a useful and convenient tool in accessing the information you may need in relation to the 43rd Judicial Circuit, and in particular the DeKalb County Court.  We encourage you to refer to this page often as it contains information about many services this office provides and it is updated on a regular basis

The DeKalb County Courthouse is located on the square in Maysville, Missouri.  You may contact the Circuit Clerk via e-mail at Julie.Whitsell@courts.mo.gov.  The office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.  This office honors all holidays regulated by the State of Missouri.

You should know that the Court is prohibited by law from responding to requests for legal advice.  All such requests should be made directly with a licensed attorney.  Further, documents received as attachments via the Circuit Clerk's e-mail are NOT a valid means of filing with the Court and will not be accepted.  All pleadings and documents must be filed with the Circuit Clerk's office pursuant to the requirements of law.
